Agreed Kaido, I had to work yesterday (i commute mainly on 91) and saw numerous morons driving like...well, morons.

Keep your eyes on the road people, and your lead foot off the pedal.

When I was heading home on 91N, there was a bad looking accident on the south side around Windsor/Enfield, looks like a couple cars in the snow bank and some on hte divider. Backed up traffice for about 5 miles.

I gotta go up past Enfield tomorrow so maybe I'll leave early

I think they are starting to run out of places to put the snow...I saw the huge dozers out today clearing exits. Crazy! I kind of wish I had stayed home...our road to work is a nightmare

The scene in my neighborhood (Hamden CT) is basically the same as it was 2 days ago. Sidewalks and driveways have been cleared, and the only vehicles that can make their way down the street are snow mobiles. I could hear a payloader and dump trucks clearing and hauling away snow from a street around the corner from me all night long, but I wouldn't be surprised if we have another couple of days to go before our street gets cleared. The town is saying they have 26 crews of 1x Payloader, 1x dump truck, and 1 or 2x plow truck working to get streets cleared...this is just an unbelievable amount of snow to get at one time.

I'm sure everyone in eastern New England will be thrilled to hear that there's a possibility of another storm Thursday (not big) and possibly yet another next Monday (bigger, though nothing like last Friday).

I am thrilled. This is the type of snow we should be getting. I went skiing on 2 feet of powder and had a blast. Before the roads were clear enough to travel, my gf and I put snowshoes on and had ourselves a nice hike. I don't mind the snow at all or clearing it from driveway etc...

That blizzard was the worst one I've ever seen here. Shit was coming down at a 3 - 6 inch/hour pace at the peak. 40mph winds, gusts to 65.

We ended up with two and a half feet of snow and drifts of four feet high on my back deck. It's pouring rain now. Fun...

Made some drunken candied bacon after the cleanup was finished.

"Feb 8, 2013 Twenty one inches of snow falls in Boston. They say it's a blizzard and name it 'Nemo'. Feb 4, 2013 Twenty four inches of snow hits central New York. We call it 'Monday'."

closed this morning due to freezing rain /icey conditions. to think, I almost went down there right before! tomorrow should be a little better..

First LIPA takes 2 months to restore power from Sandy, now its been 3 days since Nemo and the Long Island Expressway and most side roads are a complete mess.

Snowing again in Tucson, this time all the way into town. A bit of sticking on cars but none on the ground yet.

We got pounded with a couple feet here too (probably a different snow system, I'm up north) Car is stuck in the driveway, got a 4 foot hard snow bank in the front, waiting for a plow guy to come remove it, so I can then have some friends come over and pull my car out so the plow guy can come do the rest. Quite the coordination nightmare.

I'm definitely going to invest in a snow blower. I was holding off since our winters have been getting shorter, but even if I only use it a few times a year think it will be worth it.
