excuse my horrific grammar..i got a degree my in my backyard..besides its halloween..so yeah ive been living in a crack housefor a year and im only 18..i was depersonalized..and if you have ever had this then you would know that youd rather be dead than suffer with dp..so i started using meth to get released from hell here and there..it only made me feel normal..7months after im still in descent condition not satisfaction but i give thanks to god..not ..and mutha eff meth..im so ashamed i even thought about it..even more ashamed because its the lowest thing ive ever did...i wouldnt want anyone to know i ever did it..the only thing that makes me see the mistakes is my face..the skin is a little older..nothing to serious..just sucked in eyes..look like horrible bags but i rather have that than to look like a permanent zombie..so yeah i need to look healthy ASAP...give me some tips..i need to get my healthy look again..meth wont be a problem or i will be permenently effed for life so yeahh if anyones ever had a recovery can you tell me how to fix sucked in eyes and how to look healthy almost immediately..or whatever you can offer..i am very ashamed to look like this..i cant afford for anyone see me like this..also i have zombie skin...so yeahh just help plezeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

eat healthy and work out man.

Hydrate, get your vitamins. Drink juice, just get yourself detoxed and drinking good things, water, juice, vegetable juice, eat right, etc.

Working out will get your body in "repair itself" mode. Make it regular, push yourself and your body chemistry will change and acknowledge that it needs to build itself, make it stronger.

Eating right will help your body build back up.
