It's great. Huge upgrade from my HTC Incredible. My only gripe is that I can't get my pc to recognize it so I can transfer files onto it.

Loving it. Battery life is awesome, everything performs smoothly and the display is gorgeous imo. Only complaint is Verizon's asshattery with the bootloader. If only another carrier could even come close to LTE and have unlimited data. Hope we don't have to wait for a year to get an update though. For now it's Ok though, rooted and flashed away some annoyances like the wifi notification.

Messed around with my friend's this evening, didn't get much time with it but I will say that the display is beautiful. Other than that, the home button didn't always seem to register presses which is kind of annoying but it's a cool device.

My S3 exceeded my expectations, except for the fact that I'm having problems with it auto-connecting to my car via bluetooth. I'm sure I can work that out as others with the s3 and my car (Veloster) aren't having problems.

It feels alot smoother than my Nexus 7 that just arrived today.

I just got the s3 and coming from a nexus unlocked and running jellybean Im not that impressed just yet.

To me its a downgrade in software but a small upgrade in hardware,Im about to put the sim back into my nexus because I had it running so fast and smooth with no junk on it.

I was getting 4 hours of on screen time with my nexus and lean kernal but cant speak for the run time on the s3 yet but I doubt it will match it.

There is one thing that makes me want to keep the s3 over the nexus tho and thats the updated lte modem in the cell.

I hit 35Mb/sec download test today and I have never hit over 20Mb with my nexus having it since launch and trying every radio and leaked radios there were for it.

Im off to start reading on how to get this bad ass running vanila jelly bean and will report back.

I have the I9300 (International ver). Definitely butter smooth and great battery life. I had about 1 day 12 hours of battery life and still had about 16% left.

Its because of S Voice waiting for you to double tap it. I disabled it on mine.

My S3 work with my car bluetooth with out a hitch.

The S3 have way too many bell and whistle that I care to find out, however it is a great step up from my BB 9700.

I absolutely love my Verizon S3... came from a 4S and recently before that, every blackberry model you could think of (I know I know but I really liked the physical keyboard and it was work provided).

I never played around with my phones except to text or make calls but I'm tethered to my 4S now. It doesn't leave my side

I put my tablet up for sale and will just use my S3 from now on.

I can't say I own one just yet but I will buy a white one as an anniversary gift for my wife because I'm on Tmobile(unless the G4x comes before Oct).
However, I was at the Sprint store messing around with the GS3 and it just feels plasticky all over. How I hate the super glossy plastic all around the phone.
Sitting next to the EVO lte, I liked the EVO better.
Especially when the white EVO comes out, I wouldn't hesitate getting that before the GS3 if I was on Sprint.

I'm not a fan of the plastic myself but it makes the phone super light and if your like me and will put on a case on your phone anyway, it really doesn't matter imho. I bought a $10 frosted clear diztronic tpu case and it looks very sleek and goes well with the white colored phone.

Well, beside the glossy plastic, I hate how Samsung decided to change the Galaxy usual square-ish look to current oval shape.
The oval shape reminds me of the Palm Pre.

I don't know man to each their own. I just know that with the case I purchased on the phone, it fits like a glove and adds a good texture for the grip and it just feels right in one hand. I really like the look and feel of the phone overall. The kicker is the beautifully large screen and smooth OS. I can only imagine how much smoother it will be with Jelly Bean.

Well of course they look nothing alike.
One is turd. The other one is a super phone.
I was referring to the shape of the 2 phones.
The oval shape of the 2 phones are almost identical.

A while as the source code was just released from Google io for there nexus brand cells and its built straight up for the guts of the nexus so you don't have anything to even start to port it over to another phone.

I'm back on my nexus and have a white s3 for sale soon.

The Verizon ROM is bloated? WHy?WHy? WHy?
Is TMO's SG3 bloated also? Anyone know?

What keyboard are you guys using? I'm using SwiftKey 3 cause the stock one sucked ass imo, but both seem to lack a remove keyboard from the screen button. Hitting the android back button makes it go down, but several times this has caused it to also go back on a webpage and lose everything I typed.

Thought this was a standard feature as both my TBolt and tablet have always had a drop keyboard button.
