However, I would like you to vote on how you would like your member stats presented to you each day I have come up with 2 new layouts, in addition to the one you know already, and would like you to vote for which one you would prefer

If you can get the overtake to show actual overtake of ACTIVE members, then #3 would be better.

well, I wasn't going to say anything about that. I just added 10 new computers (Math Dept.) friday afternoon, otherwise, you guys would have passed us up over the weekend. whew!

If there was someone I could get everyone to leave thier computers on over the weekend, then we wouldn't have these annoying weekend dips.

I voted for 3, and the confusion that might arrive from gaps in the roster & overtake days isn't a problem for me
I just like the overall cleanliness of #3.

Also, there are plenty of ways to discourage users from logging off over the weekend/nighttime.
If you are on a domain (I'll assume you are) you can edit group policy to not allow users to shutdown the PC's.
they could log off but not soft shutdown.
You could also send messnger alerts telling them to leave their PC up over the weekend, that looks scary to users and they'll listen more than likely.
