Socket 775/T suggestions?

So my current motherboard is cooked, and I've been shopping around but I don't know what to look for these days. I was wondering what people on this forum would recommend for a socket 775 mobo. The chip I will be using is an Intel E6600 and this will probably end up being file/web/FTP server.

That said, there are a few things I'm looking for. First, if possible, I would like onboard graphics. I'm going to build a new Sandy Bridge rig, so I'll be using the current video card in the new system.

Second, I would like onboard sound, for the same reason I described above. However, I'm planning to run the server on Ubuntu, so I need a board that has Linux drivers for these integrated components. Dual gigabit LAN would be nice, but not necessary. Also, I'm looking for a board that uses DDR2, NOT DDR3.

Finally, I need 6 SATA connectors. I know this is a bit of a tall order, but I was hoping someone out there knew of something with this feature set.

You're gonna have to dig into second-hand boards via eBay (or here at FS/FT if you're lucky) to get dual gigabit. Was able to find a Zotac 9300 board that should cover everything else though. GeForce 9300 is about as good as it'll get for onboard 775 graphics and it uses a Realtek chip for sound which should cooperate with Linux pretty well.

For an Ubuntu file/web/FTP server, I think this will be the best bet, but it doesn't have a dual Gigabit LAN, just one...

I know folks here don't like Intel mobos due to lack of overclocking capabilities and strictly average graphics, but for the usage scenario given, I think this is the best bet...

The Zotac board was actually one of the ones that I was looking at. That said, I don't like where the 24-pin connector is. I don't think the one from my power supply will reach. Is there any way to extend the 24-pin and 4-pin mobo connectors?

So is Zotac a good brand? I've never heard of them. I would have preferred something from Gigabyte, MSI, or ASUS, but I couldn't find anything that fit what I was looking for.
