I'm wondering where are all Antec deals are. Two years ago I've snatched multiple P18x type cases for $50-$80 after MIR including full ATX towers. Lately however white Mini P180 is all you get. Sad, I need another P182 case.

The white does look a little weird compared to the gunmetal color. Also, this doesn't have a black interior like the gunmetal either. Still a great case though.

For that price I'd rather have a CM Centurion 5. Antec's prices have been outrageous this year. The p180 is several years old and still goes for $100+shipping? Ridiculous.

multiple layers for nice and deadened case costs more than just a thin aluminum case made for looks.

I don't dislike white, just not sure how it would be on the case. It seems fine so went ahead and ordered it. My current case has a bit too many holes for my liking and cleaning the front filter requires the removal of the front bezel, which requires the removal of the 2 side panels. Ugh.

Is there any point in adding 2 front 12cm fans or is the airflow from the rear and top fans enough?

The white color is not too bad when you see it in person. Of course with white color you have to consider how it will go with your room. Black or gun metal Grey will look fine just about anywhere, white might stick out.

The case is mostly gray, with white showing on the top and around the edges.

Unlike the P180 and P182 cases, putting 120mm fans in the front of this case requires removing the corresponding drive bays. If you put two fans there, you'll need to locate your HD(s) in one of the 5.25" bays (1 at top, 2 at bottom). I have a fan in the lower position, but can't tell the difference in airflow between the top and bottom.

The 200mm fan on top, at the lowest setting, generates airflow you can feel if you put your hand about 1" in front of the vents at the front of the case.

How cramped is it?
Worth buying over the Antec 300 I currently have?

It's not cramped, has enough room for my noctua d14. The Sara ports are cramped when using the bottom hdd bay. I'm using all 5 satas on my GB us2h.

I also don't have any front fans. My CPU cooler can handle it's own. I have SS's showing my 19c idle temps

defeating the point, the whole point of the case is silence while having decent air flow.
unless you are overclocking to the extremes its not important that your case be a wind tunnel.
