Yeah, I got 2X 128 Kingstons when they had that Office max deal and they both are running fine on 2 separate 750MHz athlons using the asus K7V mother board.. i got them going at cas 2-2-2, which i recently realize was the same as the system default of 7ns at 143 MHz... haven't had any memory errors yet. This is definitely a better deal than the generic or accessmicro/zeus deals if you got athlon systems that need good ram. I called kingston before on their 128, and they confirmed its cas2.
Oh yeah, thanks for posting the deal, this early bird just picked up one stick, would've done more if i got the cash.
Yeah, i agree, this board has made me build two new systems and passed on the old ones. My little sis is the only girl on the block with her own K6-3 600Mhz w/ 128MB ram, a voodoo, sb live, and a DVD player just to play games like Toy Story 2 that even runs on the original pentium. Thanks AnandTech
