Looks like my model but I thought it was the bt250? Assuming its the same or better than mine. I like mine. Sometimes it gets a little rough sounding if your phone is in the pocket opposite your earpiece. Otherwise you can walk a few feet away from the phone, no problem. It announces who is calling in your ear if it knows the name otherwise gives the number. It does seem to chop the beginning of its message. For instance Call from "ad" instead of "dad". Which could also be Todd or Rod. or the time is "even" thirteen . Was it Seven thirteen or eleven thirteen. If it could play my mp3 I'd use it alot more. I find its great if you are gardening or working on the car. All you need is 1 finger or knuckle free and clean to answer your phone. People only call you when your hands are in mud I find. Hell of a deal for $20

I've had one since Christmas....Wife picked me up one. I like it a lot...volume is great (I'm 48, work in Aerospace and long time rock & roller...hearing is not the best!) and it pairs up right away with my well beat up Moto V551. My only nit....its big. But for the money..cant beat it.

Pretty much what JETninja said. Plus it can hug the ear if you put it on right. I put it on by pointing the mic part down towards the ground as you hook it behind the ear, then swing the headset up to so it's pointing straight ahead.

You have to sign up for a new account. All you need is a new e-mail address. You can have the same name, phone number, credit card, etc.

I have this one - it's pretty uncomfortable if you wear glasses, and it's not quite as loud as I need it to be. The people I call when wearing it can notice that I'm on a headset, so I have to assume that the quality isn't amazing on that end either.

I got it FAR though, so I'm not complaining

Buy.com is under fire for not honoring rebates lately. They have really declined from what was lousy customer service to none at all it seems.

same here since all contents came in a generic plastic bag. It works fine but that suxs.

Just got off the phone with them. They said they'd contact me in a day or two via email with instructions on returning this crap. They claim that they'll pay the shipping cost back to them but I'll believe it when I see it. If I don't get an email by tomorrow, I'll be disputing the charge with Amex. Buy.com can go to hell.

I got a refurbished model too. I would have kept it but one of the volume button doesn't work and have to return it. I'm quite disappointed in Buy.com.

got mine and seems to be working ok. Had an issue with getting it into pairing mode but finally got it to go. Anyone have any luck turning off the vibrate. The wife hates it but hitting the buttons in the instructions does not seem to work.
