Got mine in today, didn't realize how small these things are, about the size of a cell phone. I am kind of surprised that Newegg just ships these in a padded envelope but I guess that must be fine or they would of changed it to a small box if people complained about receiving broken ones.
Have you guys noticed that clear sticker on the SSD packaging box that says
"Warranty Void if Removed"...I'm not talking about on the SSD itself, just the cardboard packaging. That is kind of weird, I don't understand why they would put a sticker there? So if you open the SSD packaging from the wrong end and peel the sticker off you void the warranty???? I've never seen that on a products packaging box before.
The only logical explanation is they got lazy and used this stickers there because they didn't want to create new ones.
