I was ok that it's not in a retail box, as long as they are new. Well the order has come in the controllers are not NEW. The controllers have scratches on them and one was even has large writing from a white marker. This is not something I would expect from a new item. I have contacted justdeals and hope they will resolve this matter but from other ratings I'm feeling a little doubtful. I ordered new controllers and want to get what I ordered."

They just took back a whole set of speakers my friend bought before christmas.. he was past the 30 days and they still credited him. I've got a set of logitech 560's I've had over a year from them with no issues.. they were refurb. I don't believe they should be selling stuff as new/oem if it is not.. but I've done biz with them before and I will again.

Well I just got mine today and they are great, I'm not convinced that they are brand new but they are in great condition.
