I got a msg from my amazon pre order its shipped and cannot be cancelled, 50 bucks and it says est arrival 2nd of nov, lol, they must have a lot of people trying to cancel these now, what was the advantage of pre order?

So... Does this premium version come in 32 bit or is it 64 bit or what?

Also, is an upgrade edition exactly like a "regular edition"? I suppose you put the disk in, it see you have XP or VISTA, and then askes you to reformat the drive, etc?
