So I'm selling an item on eBay (first time in years) and the auction closes and my buyer wins.
I send an invoice, wait 3 days, and still nothing. No comment, no payment, zip from the buyer. Send a message to the buyer, and while it has only been a day now, there's still no reply.
I very rarely sell anything on eBay, but I imagine this must happen semi frequently; someone bids on something they don't really want thinking they won't win, end up winning, don't want it/don't want to pay after all, and they disappear.
What's sort of "seller's etiquette" for this? Should I leave a neutral/negative review for him wasting my time? Can he then leave a negative review for me? I don't want to damage my seller's score just to get into a pissing match with someone.
What's the best course from here?
