I just jumped on this deal -> PM'ed to EMS no problem ~125 shipped to my door. Just had a question for everyone who has this case... does anyone know if Directron or any other case mod store have pre-modded doors with windows that will match this case?? I wanted the Newegg chieftec premodded... but for this price I couldnt resist getting the 1080...

Also, I probably wouldn't bother with the extra Antec fan peripherals (go get something of better quality, hehe).

Well, I'm going to try calling back and get ahold of someone else so I can get the dang case. Me having to wait for a pricematch is rediculous--especially since no one else had to!

Called about half an hour ago.
She gave me a 110% pricematch to the 138.80 and I added the $20 bookcase with a $10 rebate. After tax it was ~166. She also let me use a coupon (she would have on just the case). I used the $30 off $150 to get it down to 136. So the total for the bookcase of computer case will come to about 126 after the rebate.

ok I called up and tried again! The women said that they cancelled my previous order that I did yesterday(read up in the thread). Anyway, it took me 20 minutes and she told me that I couldn't use a pricematch+coupon but I told her that it said on the staples pricematch FAQ that you could so she put me on hold and asked her supervisor and then told me that I could do that.

She said that the order is put on hold for her manager to approve but should arrive on July 30. Anyone have this told to them out of curiosity?

But yaaay I finally am getting my 1337 case it seems

Got mine today. The case is TALL, about 21 inch. The drive rail is much better than my old drive cage, easy to slide in.

I moved one of the rear case fans to the hard drive cage to cool down my WD1200JB.

Called and pricematched it to Page Computers. Then used the $20 off coupon code. Total price, shipped, in KS was $126.91. Likewise, they told me it would be next Tuesday (one week) before I get it.

They originally told me the 25th when I ordered it on the 18th, but imagine my delight when the UPS guy brought it the next day!
When he stopped at my house, I couldn't imagine what it was, but then he told me it was a server case and that he had the same one

OK, so it took me a while to transfer all my components to my new case...and to rearrange my room...and since I bought that Radeon All-In-Wonder from Circuit City today, I had to install that bad boy...took a while to get it working with the updated drivers, certainly not as easy as Nvidia Detonators.

Ok - for all you pricematcher pros out there - what is the best way - always calling in and doing it - or can I do everything online, fill out my info, enter the address, etc... and then call in after the order is placed and pricematch?

Seems easier to do it that way, rather than having some operator spell my name wrong and mess up the address.

Ok, I finally bit after lurking since this threads inception. Here's one more step by step:

1. Called Staples, talked to Jennifer

2. Gave the item number, said I'd like to pricematch to PageComputers.com

3. After about 5 minutes on hold she says she did the pricematch and added the shipping
which brings it to 138.30.

4. Since there is a $30 off $150 coupon, I added the 80mm Antec fan.

5. I told her I'd like to use a coupon and she said fine what's the code. The third code I tried
wasn't expired She didn't mind.

6. $138.30 + $15.98 =$154.28 - $30 = $124.28 + tax = 134.84


Still pricey since it's almost double what I paid for my Enlight 7237.

Yeah. I was going to go this route and order it online and then do a pricematch request, but I wasn't sure they were 100% for sure going to do it. Since I didn't want the case from them if they weren't pricematching it, I decided to do the phone route.

hehe yeah. When she seemed like she wasn't going to give me the deal I told her "well I know lots of other people that have bought this and they didn't have any problems" and she said, "what people?" I was like oh crap!! I went to Defcon 2!! Blew everyone's cover! But I smoothed everything over and so things went back to Defcon 5.
