FYI a 10 year old boy was killed near here a few weeks ago by a bb gun, when his friend accidently shot him in the chest. The bb when through his heart and killed him. These are not toys for children.

I've got a $100 single-shot air gun in .177 caliber that has 1000fps muzzle velocity. This is triple of what cheap ones have. Mine can bury pellet more than inch deep in the wood...
My bro bought my 10 year old a Ruger airhawk 1000fps. It's going in the locked gun cabinet along with the .22 Mossberg my father in law got him.

Now, if you can only lure a home invader and have your kids take practice shots at said invader. Of course, when they are done pelting the invader with BBs, you can come in and finish him/her off with your AK47's grenade launcher.

this is a pair of scissors, you should use one just like it on your kids' hair...

Nice. I'm considering getting my son a bb gun, though I'm not sure it's a great idea yet. We got him a nerf stampede for christmas and he has lit me, the wife and the dogs up since. I took a shot right between the eyes the first time he pulled the trigger.

As for the hair thing, who cares. Let kids be kids and do what they want with that type of stuff. As long as it's appropriate and not offensive, I'll let my son decide how his hair and clothes will be. We're going through the hair thing right now, he's seven and hasn't gotten a haircut (aside from a small trim here and there) in four months. I even offered him 20 bucks to cut if he got a haircut, he countered with 50 bucks. Needless to say his hair is still long.

LOL @ all of the "cut your kids' hair" comments.

It could be far worse. Those kids could be sporting mullets.

FYI your kids look like douche bags, tell them to cut their hair and look like men rather than nancies.

PS. Ed Hardy-ware clothes are for douchebags too.

I also echo the sentiments of the people above me, teach kids gun etiquette first BEFORE giving them the gun. FFS.

Calling someone else's kids douchebags is the epitome of a douchebag.

Not cool man.

I agree on the proper gun handling though.

BTW-I'm thinking of getting my son a .22 handgun. Of course, it will be kept in my gun safe and he will only use it under my supervision.

I don't get why parent's want their kids to look like hoodlums today.

Anyway I loved my Crossman 2100 back in the 80's...

My friend's Daisy Powerline was a close competitor. Easier to pump but not as powerful. Unfortunately for me since he accidentally shot me full power almost through the hand. My Crossman would have at least penetrated the other side.

Instead we had to pull the wild west surgery act of pouring alcohol and using tweezers to pull out the BB...looking back I should of just took and X-Acto knife and cut the back of my hand. The BB was right there.

Longer hair is in it seems. Some parents actually let their kids have some individuality.

My 9 year old son has been resisting haircuts for a couple years now but I don't let it get too scraggly. He is about due for a haircut actually. I try to get him to keep it above the ears.

It will be funny when they end up in the hospital or the local precinct because they couldn't see what they were shooting at due to their mop tops.

"Hawnest paw, I don't know wur that chald done pop up frum!!"

I ended up exchanging their guns for a different brand. With these Crossman you would have to shake the gun around to get the bb/pellets to drop in the right place so they could be loaded, big pain in the butt

Heh, I've given up on "king of the hill" where the boys defends the top of the stairs against the zombie attack(me). That stampede hurts.
