time to move on dude. no seriously there are so many cool toys in win7 (enterprise) that you will spend days in amazement how many steps it takes to enable/disable a network card
I still don't know what you want. "Tweaking" tools are largely bullshit, and you listed a couple good ones above. Between Nirsoft, and Sysinternals you don't need anything else. For bootable tools, Build a UBCD4Win disc and checkout Backtrack Linux, Deft Linux, and Trinity Rescue CD. Also grab Gparted, and Clonezilla.
