Yes, it's sort of unfortunate that it's the weekend. If it were a weekday, I would presume that they'd be so busy packing and shipping orders that at least some of our orders will have shipped by the time they notice anything unusual .

Anyone else now get a blank order status when clicking on the status link provided in the confirmation e-mail?

What do you mean by blank? I see the invoice info, like the ship-to address, and the order total $ amount. There won't be a tracking number on it until they ship (you'll get a UPS e-mail from UPS themselves when that happens).

At least, that's my own prior experience with Directron.

It shows an order number and and has some information about how to contact them, but there is nothing on the order. No items, no price, no quantity, no anything. Just a blank order. The item, price and total order was listed yesterday. Hell, it was there at 4:00am. Nothing now.

Actually, I had it shipped to work to save on shipping. I sincerely hope that the two address issue didn't kill my order. Your's still show up when clicking on the e-mail link received in the confirmation?

Also, my post at FW was deleted. I can't find a trace of it in any forum. I'm going to contact FW to see where it went.

Nevermind. I had forwarded the e-mail to work. When clicking on the link, I did not notice that the last 6 letters of the link were on the next line but not included in the hyperlink. After cutting and pasting them onto the end of the link, it is still there *sigh of relief*

Yep, my order still shows up, with the item and invoice info.

Unfortunately, a lot of eTailers either will flat out refuse to sell to you if your CC address doesn't match the shipping address, or there'll be a delay while they check with your CC company...

Not sure what Directron's policy is.

I tried to e-mail them to change my shipping address to be the same as my billing address just to avoid the possibility of delay even though my shipping address is, in fact, on file. The reply was was:

"Dear Customer,

The item you purchased is sold-out with no eta
date.
If you plan to make changes to the order please call us."

There's still a pending charge against my CC, so I dunno. I'm confused... I guess I'll just continue to let it stew and see what happens. Maybe they just haven't got around to canceling me yet.

...And there it goes. I'm canceled too.

actually, both versions are correct. just because firefox doesn't know any better...
