somebody at work keeps stealing my coke!

I normally keep a can coke in the fridge at work because i don't feel like paying $1.50 for a bottle. To claim that its mine, I write my name on a rubber band and put it on the can. Few weeks ago I found it missing one afternoon and my rubber band was sitting where the can was so I replaced it with another. A week later, there were some pepsis laying around after somebody had a lunch meeting. Later that day I found my coke mysteriously turned into a pepsi, with my rubber band and all. This morning I went to put my lunch in the fridge and I see my rubber band laying on this floor next to the fridge. Its getting too annoying. I need to boobytrap the next can for some revenge. Please provide some input...

buy some twist top cokes. open it, pour some out, pee in it, replace cap. put in fridge with your ID rubberband on it.

write your name on the can instead of some stupid little rubberband that is easy to take off?
hide it in the fridge?
put some kind of ink on the can and then whoever takes it gets ink all over their hands and you'll know who the thief is?
put it in a paper bag to disguise it?
write "urine sample" on it to disguise it?

Drink a real soda, like Pepsi or Mtn. Dew?

I was going to suggest this, my co-worker was telling me a story about this. Someone kept stealing his lunch, so he put laxatives in the sandwich and then saw a guy run to the bathroom and confronted him about it. He never had his lunch stolen again.

i've done the exlax thing. we offered a piece of (ex lax) gum to a male gym teacher in hs that we had by the balls. he chewed it w/o out even looking to see what it was.

i already bought a mini fridge from amazon this morning. i'm going to put the soda and my lunch in my cube from now on. i just need some ways to get back at the fvcker that keeps stealing some hiding and disguising won't do any good.

Laxative won't be potent enough, IMHO. What I would do is spray something like This on the top and then put it back. This stuff is absoutely vile. It will leave an incredibly awful taste in your month for quite awhile but it won't kill someone. I believe there was a story about a person who put laxative in a drink and was sued by the person who drank it.

BTW, I know that this stuff is bad because I once sprayed it on a dog, then touched food and ate it. Well the spray had just barely grazed my hand apparently.

i swear someone did that to me once in a college bar. there really wasn't a reason for me to be puking.

once i caught a guy pouring a shot into my beer, :| after that.... my eye has always been on my glass.
