Isn't there some law that states anything that gets sent to your house is considered a gift if YOU didn't order it.

Depends if there was a record that it was supposed to go to another address and the order was made using a nigirian IP address I bet you would win.

You don't think the company in question knows where it was shipped? The first thing the CC company does after you report fraud is to ask the merchant for the shipping record. Don't be a dumbass.
