Something wrong with Radeon 7500

I got ATI Radeon 7500 64mb DDR video card.
When I just run Counter-Strike game and play, my computer is just reboot by itself!

I put the another card, it works fine.

Please help!

Do you have AGP fast writes enabled? This could cause problems. I've never heard of video cards causing reboots....

Is it overclocked? Mine does that whenever I set it too high in 3dmark. BTW, 3dMark is a great way to test for stability IMHO.
