Definitely hammer time.
If the above suggestions don't work, I had good luck with a sledge hammer once.
Also had good luck bolting a thick chunk of metal to two of the studs/lugs and hitting that with a hammer to break the brakes loose on a BMW that had been sitting with the e-brake on for almost 9 months.
A little bit of brake cleaner seems to work decently as a penetrant/lubricant if applied continuously, or right before you hit things with hammers. To free up the BMW's brakes I would squirt a little on the brake rotor, hit the bar I had bolted to the hub a few times, squirt a little more, rinse, repeat. Had both rears freed up and the car driving around in less than an hour, including making the metal whackin' bar (TM).
