Yo2....you are wrong about them having to honor the price. The disclaimer does just what it intends to do. Because websites CAN be hacked, they are protected by the disclaimer. Even bait and switch has to be proven as does false advertising, which is rarely done. Trust me.....the only time a site has ever honored a price is when they wanted to pacify the customers and could afford to do so. Which is also rare. We all have seen these typo deals come and go. Sometimes a few orders slip by, but most do not. Amazon is good about consolation prizes being given i.e. Gift certificate or something of that nature. But if you want to look stupid, go ahead and call a lawyer and try to sue. Even in print advertisments where there are usually no disclaimers, the store could tell you there was a misprint and the newspaper prints a correction in a blurb in the middle of the paper that no one ever sees. Mistakes happen, to err is human....give it up.
