I called the 800 number to order one. I was told it was a typo and they were correcting this &quot;issue&quot;. The CSR then informed me to look at the legal section to read their disclaimer about typos and the like. It just so happens that I could not access that part of their page because it had been taken down. I then proceeded to get treated like dirt for pointing out the pricing error. I was just gonna let it be, but the way I was treated really offends me. Anyway I printed out the web page and saved the page and a screen shot to my hard drive. I think I might try to call and talk to someone with a little more manners and a better attitude.
But Zwingle is right, unfortunately none of these orders will be honored.

I think most of us were hoping that the ppl (warehouse guys) that ships the order don't really pay attention to the order total.. Well our hopes are shrinking.. i guess. But who cares..

I never thought that they were going to honor it....but I also live by the saying &quot;It never hurts to ask&quot;.
The only reason I called is because I prefer to interact with a human rather than throw my credit card out on the net.
I am pissed at the way I was treated for simply asking. After she pissed me off, she refused to let me talk with a supervisor, and refused to give me her name, or any piece of ID so I could complain about how rude she was. I hate companies like this that just shove you around till you go away. My anger with Sony right now is based more on the principal of customer service than trying to squeeze a good deal out of them.

Do any of you old timers remember the pandemonium that surrounded the infamous &quot;find the bunny get $100 off at Computers4Sure.com&quot; fiasco? We didn't post the URL but I offered to e-mail it to anyone that wanted it. After all the AT Hot Dealers and lurkers were finished I had replied to over 2,700 e-mails requesting the URL to the &quot;bunny&quot;. Of course no one received the $100 discount but man the bunny thread went from 1 to about 300 posts within an hour. We were bringing AT and C4Sure down to their knees.
