I just called to do a simple change of address and asked them to quickly verify my terms while I was on the phone. They had me on a 48 months plan at 19%APR even though I was approved for the 90DSAC plan. After I bitched to a manager, they transfered me to the 90 day plan. But these kinds of bait and switch tactics make me sick. It's not really Gateway's fault, it's Humbolt Bank. But still...
