Soul Calibur 4 Xbox 360

Hey All,
I got a copy of the game Soul Calibur 4 when I was on vacation in another state (taxes made the game "cheaper" than I'd be able to get it here.) however when I got home to play it the disc makes horrible skidding sounds in my xbox. (I was afraid it was the CD Drive, but the machine plays my other DVDs just fine)

I would normally swing by the local place and replace the disc BUT that isn't an option at this point for me as going to the other state to replace the game isn't possible.

Does anyone know if there is an easy way to fix this problem? Or do you think I can contact Bandi Namco to get it replaced, or do you think the local Gamestop (HAHA) would replace it (haha)?

Bought it in PDX? Of course you can exchange it at your local Gamestop.

I don't know what PDX means... but I didn't buy it at a place that is owned by Gamestop or ebgames, etc.

You'd have to exchange it at the store/chain you bought it from. For example. if you bought it at a Wal-Mart where you were vacationing you would be able to exchange it at a Wal-Mart near home.

If you didn't originally buy the game at a Gamestop though, they are not going to let you exchange it.

You can probably contact Namco but they will likely charge you to ship a replacement disk.

is there anything noticeably wrong with it?

you can always trade it in for like $30 or something and be done with it if you can't find a more feasible option.

Nothing wrong with it that I can see. I overlaid it with another DVD as well and it's not "off center" or anything like that. Namco seems to have a "live chat" support. I'll hit that up in the morning and see what they suggest.

That would be a pretty crappy thing to do considering some other guy will eventually end up with a busted disc.
