Not even sure why I got the email because I don't live in Southern CA.

To complete the Energy 5, you'll need:
# To be an active SCE residential customer
# The zip code for the home you receive electric service from SCE
# Your E-mail address

crap I don't qualify because I don't get SCE...

I live in Socal but my city (Pasadena) provides its own utilities. Oh well, beats being screwed by SCE when the energy crisis went on... (my utility bills were half of my co-workers who had SCE and I have a family of 5).
