Southpark Season 17 starts Wednesday

Pretty bad.
It's almost like they nearly get to where it would be hilarious, but just miss the mark.

I feel the same way. This was yet another episode that 5 minutes in looked like it had potential to go somewhere and then just spun its wheels.

I did, still kinda meh. I don't know if it's just that I'm busier than in the past now and don't have as much time for TV/feel somewhat rushed during TV that I don't enjoy it as well? Who knows.

They need new writers. I've watched all the episodes and they are seriously screwing up each one. Even when they're off to a great start they just take a wild left turn and make the whole thing lame.

Farming registered accounts to sell to spammers. Happens a lot on other forums and YouTube.

I read the ending as "to be continued". Gotta believe there's a part 2, even by current standards there's no way the South Park team would do something that lame.

The episode was decent and I liked the ending if they make it a 2 parter as that worked with GoT and how they did the dragon queen part.

Oh man, that was awesome! I love their console-themed episodes; Parker & Stone always put together such over the top epic stories for these.

And bonus points for the spiel about pre-ordering. I have no doubts that was directed right at Ubisoft over the Stick of Truth.

SP is showing signs of life. The wiener bit was cute, news anchors Tom and Tammy were great, Ballmer getting whacked was funny and I loved the line about having to set up an XBox Live account. All in all the last two weeks have been better than what I've come to expect from the last few seasons.

Oh, and I forgot about the pizza taking so long to come. Loved that bit too.

It took me a moment to realize what they were going for when they started on the Red Robin thing. The last time I laughed that hard, it was part 2 of this trilogy.

His voice did most of the changing by, like, season 3 (maybe even season 2). The Jesus vs Santa and Jesus vs Frosty shorts were even worse.

Yeah the old man telling at Cartman in the garden of betrayal was hilarious each time. Those were my favorite parts of the last three.

When Randy shot the security guard with the bow then acted all surprised he died was hilarious too.
