With the 20 percent off family and friends coupon (which is valid on the 7th and 8th) it gets the price down to $136 before tax. I plan on picking one up on thursday

I believe that is wrong, but am not 100% positive. I did a search and other people were reporting this. Indeed, first Google link went to Walmart, which reports this as 1440x900 resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio, both of which I believe are wrong. First, that resolution is for a 16:10 ratio, and second the only 20" widescreen monitor that Soyo says they make is 1680x1050 resolution.

I guess I'll go to OfficeMax in person to see what it says on the box.

It does have 1680 x 1050 res. and the box will say that. Many web references are either wrong or probably referring to an older model.

Yup, its 1680x1050. I went ahead and bought it yesterday, intending to go back and use the coupon on thursday. The monitor I got did have a stuck pixel near the bottom left portion of the screen, but overall its a pretty nice monitor.

Walmart and Costco show this monitor as 1440x900. However, the only 20" LCD on Soyo's website is the
model DYLM2086 and the Soyo website lists 1680x1050 in the specs:

The coupon says you can use it on technology items so that won't be a problem. If they say its already on sale, the coupon also says it applies to on sale items.

Picked up the last one in stock a tthe OM in Cedar Hill, TX. I'm pretty happy with it -- 2 dead pixels, but only noticeable with a totally black screen. Not a bad price -- $135.99 plus tax!

Had to brave a wicked snow storm but I got one in Dayton, OH! It wont ring up with the 20% off coupon but if you have a nice manager and talk them into it they can override it and price correct it to $136. So far I really like it, but it only has VGA and audio cable in box, no DVI. So now I have to wait till probably tomorrow because of this snow storm to get a DVI cable.

Confirmed 1680x1050 Native and 8ms response.
Can't find drivers for it though so it appears as plug n play still in windows.

The cashier at the store where I went had a sheet with bar codes for the various "Friends and Family" specials. All he had to do was scan the bar code for the "20% off technology" and the item rang up correctly. It did not require a manager's override.

There was no hassle at all about using a flyer I printed on my own computer. Judging by the use of the bar codes I mentioned above, it's even possible that I didn't have to bring in a copy of the flyer--maybe all I had to do was ask for the "Friends and Family" special. It's not really a "coupon", it's just an ad. Different stores might work differently, though.

Got mine today for $145.17. YAY and it really does look nice. no hassle just came in got the monitor gave her paper rang it up and boom walked out with a 20" for under 150.

I think that 20% is only for clearance technology.

The bottom of the flyer offers an additional 20% off on clearance technology. There is a bubble on the top of the flyer that offers "20% off on all technology -- excluding HP, software, hard drives and computers". I had no trouble getting the 20% off on this monitor.
