Nice, Newegg has pics. $161 is a lot less than the $199 sugg. retail.
Interesting, haven't seen a power connector that size on a motherboard before, wonder what it's for (maybe the power connector on ATI 8500DV?) It's the same size as a hard drive or CD/DVD power connector. See the 2nd pic, right next to the AGP slot here:

I want this board! Doesn't look as nice as the MSI KT3 Ultra-ARU, with it's red board and silver fan, but looks are a lot less important than features. Would have liked MSI to produce this board to have the extra software features and the USB key lock device, but oh well, looking forward to getting some reviews quick.
I can just image this board with 3 sticks (1.5GB) of Samsung 512MB PC3200 DDR RAM (I read a review/comparison a couple days ago in which the Samsung PC2700 RAM came out on top, but can't find it now, anyone have a link?), a unlocked AMD Athlon XP 1800+ cpu (or maybe wait for the MP 2400+ thouroghbred), and a Thermalright AX-7 heatsink, OCZ 80mm Smart Fan, ATI/Compaq A-I-W 8500, etc...
And here are some interesting specs:
DIMM voltage adjustable
AGP Pro voltage adjustable
and the manual states that it has CPU Vcore voltage adjustments in the bios.
No ECC/Registered RAM according to the manual.
Here is the link to the RAM comparison:

Wish they had compared the OCZ, some OCZ ram uses TinyBGA and some use Samsung memory modules...
