If your crucial is cas 3 rated PC3200 (All Crucial PC3200 is) you probably need to hold the insert key during post, quickly switch to delete key, enter the bios and set your mem to cas 2.5 . It's not going to post at "SPD" - with cas at cas 3.
If you have the older KT600 d+ (early revision) I seem to remember some cold boot problems (minor) - but you may need to update your bios. Post your question at amdmb for acajka and he can answer that one I think. He worked with Soyo on that I believe. You could also try different slots for your mem. I'm inclined now to think you might need to update your bios possibly. You could also try clearing your cmos (with ram removed) and battery out. Might help. If nothing else see if the problem is duplicated with dirrerent ram - as that would immediatly tell you something.
