Sparkle FSP 350 60BN

I bought this 350 watt power supply last weekend and noticed the hardware monitor shows the 12 volt line putting out 11.67 volts. Is this a problem? Everythings seems to be working fine but later I want to upgrade to a geforce 4 and a faster piv.

Specs

dual boot windows xp and win 98
asus p4b with a 1.6 pIV (256 cache)
512 meg of sdram
2 hard drives
1 cd and cdrw
geforce 3 ti200.
soundblaster live value

As long as it's within 5% of 12 Volts than it's within the specs.. it could be as low as 11.4 Volts and still be within acceptable territory however the closer the better and more stable it will be..

11.67 is a little low but is that undle load or idle?

Bear with me, I assume by under load you mean with a program running. I ran a bench mark and then checked it and it was 11.551, idle it is the 11.67. Would you return it and get a replacement?
