I'd jump on this if it were the FSP-300BTV (Supports Athlon and P4). Sparkle Power units are supposed to be good units. The best deal I can get on an Athlon approved 300w is about $35 (local price, no shipping).

The part number Newegg gives is a new ATX 12V spec, which ONLY has connectors for Pentium 4. Unless you know that you want a Pentium 4 only, I'd get a ATX 2.03 power supply that supports both P4 and Athlon.
