I'm sick & tire of these company who hire these non-English speaking idiots for their "customer service."
Oh my freaking god! I just checked the status of my order online and to my surprise, my $281 order just got all fucked up (name/address/phone# is all wrong)
You know the next company who advertise on national TV saying "Unlike our competitors, we have ENGLISH speaking customer service" is going to do very well.
