I've seen some speculation that AMD and Sony/Microsoft will be using RDNA3 in console refreshes. If true, that would be interesting.
I honestly think the alleged 7950XTX looks even more suspect...
2.5 GHz to 3.3 GHz max clock (~32% increase) at the
same TBP on the
same node with the
same architecture? I find that difficult to believe, but would be pleasantly surprised if it does happen.

Yeah no, that is fake.
- There is no way AMD would have that many 96CU SKUs. That requires perfect dies.
- AMD has not used x90* in Radeon in a long time.
- Even if there IS a clock speed issue and it is fixed, allowing for the middle SKU to exist, AMD likely would not do that. Instead they would be released to partners as higher end 7900XTX chips.
- The top SKU might be possible from a technical perspective (but as the 7950XT), but given the source, I am going to call it fake.
IIRC at one point he claimed we'd be seeing a Ryzen 7575x or something like that. I would have to look for the image/video, but I don't typically dig through the trash willingly. There is not a single credible youtube "leaker" out there. Most just grab leaks that come from other platforms (twitter, this forum, beyond3d, etc.) and either post it verbatim or make up a bunch of stuff to go along with it.
My bet is that AMD will do an respin (possibly on N4 or N4P) next year, and if there are silicon issues they will be fixed, and they'll release a 7950* with top tier performance. If there are no silicon quality issues and they just can't clock higher, we will still get a faster card to compete with the Ti series when it drops.
