Your first mistake was pleading guilty to two speeding (violations) without even requesting your day in court.
Always plead not guilty, always go to court. Why people automatically plead guilty is beyond me. Why you would opt to
pay online and automatically plead guilty is WAY beyond me. I can't understand that level of stupidity. Seriously, do you take traffic law so
lightly that you think it's just a bill you pay online and go on your merry way?

At this point you need to get a lawyer and have your day in court. At this point you're most likely going to have your license suspended and pay heavy fines.
Then you're insurance costs, if you can even get someone to insure you, are going to skyrocket. Congratulations on being a stereotypical example of
why insurance costs for males in your age group are so high.

So my advice is to get a lawyer, take it up the ass from the court, take it up the ass from the insurance companies, and pray to god you don't get
pulled over when you are driving on a suspended license (which you will definitely do).

Slow down.

I don't know that you will get much sympathy in court. I know you wouldn't if it was Judge Judy.

I wouldn't ask about tickets on ATOT since there are quite a few known ticket Nazis who insist on the police being always right and equipment being infalliable so even if you were ticket doing 67 in a 65 you have to pony up.

Yeah, 3 tickets in 3 months, it's a rash of corrupt cops and malfunctioning gear.

Could be if it's in a small town with known speed traps.
Or maybe he has a bad habit of revving his engine and racing police at traffic lights.

Honestly, how do you get three tickets in three months? I've been driving for over 8 years and I've only been pulled over once, but even then I got a warning. If two tickets don't make you slow down, a suspended license will.

HAHAHA. You are such a loser. 3 tickets in 3 months qualifies you to be put in the running for the Loser of the Year award.

This is probably a "no win situation" for you.
As other's are saying, get a good lawsmith, pay a lot to fight it, and maybe you'll get lucky.

This thread could go places like Thread of the Year 2k8

Seriously OP, quit racing people, quit thinking you can do 40 in a 25 and won't get pulled over, if you drive a manual figure out what gear keeps you near the speed limit and stay in it, use your effin brakes if you are on a hill, etc.

Better yet just ask your parents to buy an electronic speed limiter for your car and have it set to 25 mph....

when I got my 1st car, I got 3 tickets in 3 weeks. I did not get suspended, but I learned to slow down a bit. (Save your flames--that was almost 20 years ago) In most cases, I have always gone to court for a traffic ticket unless it was something like a seat belt ticket, etc that would not result in points.

However, since I have moved to PA, it appears that i have to pay the fine up-front PLUS an additional fee before getting a court date. As such, it makes sense to simply pay the fine. I do agree the OP should hire an attorney, though.

What county are you in?

Edit: I see your in Naperville, so I am going to assume DuPage County...my county.

Let's put it this way. Since I cannot dispense legal advice, I am forced to give you your options again and perhaps maybe further explain them.

Option 1) Pay through the mail, get suspended. Probably not the best option.
Option 2) Go to court, sans lawyer, plead guilty and ask for court supervision. Because of the new laws that have been passed, you have to go to driving school for this. However, it still requires a plea of guilty and your court costs + fine (because the judge will NOT waive your fine due to your history) will be close to $350. That does not include driving school costs or your reinstatement fee for your license that you must pay to the secretary of state after your suspension period ends.
Option 3) Hire a lawyer and have him argue for your suspension to be waived should you complete a longer court supervision period. Typically, I see 6-12 months handed out. Which means you cannot have ANY moving violations during that time. No stop signs, no lane change violations, NOTHING. A lawyer would probably explain this much better and be able to tell you which option to take.

If you don't have money for a lawyer...well, I suppose the cheaper option is ideal. Any questions, feel free to post them or PM me.

EDIT2: Should you get suspended...DO NOT DRIVE. A good portion of villages around here tow your car and charge an insane amount of money to release it. Don't blame the police, we generally do not agree with it and we don't see a red cent of the money. Plus its another $1000.00 fine for driving on a suspended. Not good.
