Splinter Cell & other XBOX platinum hits - $5

Best Buy has really screwed up and is offering Splinter Cell for only $5 (price changes once you add it to your cart). Also, when you add splinter cell to your cart, any other platinum hit also gets reduced to $5 as well (once you add them to your cart). This is definately a YMMV situation but it is certainly worth taking a chance.

You have to have splinter cell in your cart for the prices to be $5. When you remove splinter cell, the prices of the other games go up to $20 each.

Don't bother. BB won't follow through on this. I've ordered from them twice in the past on various hot deals and they just cancel the deals without notifying me.

If the order goes through I'll get an XBOX. If not I've lived without it this long and don't really need it.

Sega GT Online is also $5 after adding SC even though it's a pre-order and shouldn't be a platinum hit, at least not yet, unless somehow they're counting the original Sega GT also.
