I saw this over at FT at like 3:50 and put a order in for 10 games. It took me about an hour and a half to get my confirmation e-mail. I'm almost 100% sure this order will get canceled but what the heck. I also choose instore pick up for 7 of the games but I haven't got my confirmation for that yet, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that. Hopefully tommorrow I will be able to pick them at best buy. Some people have posted on FF that they got the instore pickup confirmation. So if your getting on this deal now I'd say your best bet is try the instore pickup...good luck.

I just picked up 3 games. Pretty good deal. Will return splinter cell for store credit in a week. I only ordered it to get the $5 pricing.

ok so that long number they told you to print out was the in store pick up thing??
i wrote it down - didn't print it out, but am i able to go to best buy right now and get the games?

I ordered 8 games for in-store pickup. This order is listed on the BB web site under order history and I have recieved two e-mails, one e-mail was my order summery and the order e-mail said that my in-store pickup notification will come as soon as the store I selected opens in the morning.

Just print the whole thing (instore notification email and confirmation email as a backup). You can't hide the amount you paid for the games anyways. It'll show up on their computer when they check your credit card. The printout with your selected titles makes it a lot easier for them to go to the back and pull the items.

Keep your fingers crossed...but don't hold your breath! Best Buy is notorious for cancelling orders without any notification. Good luck.

I ordered 6 games around 6pm this evening and I just noticed my order showed up in the Best Buy "My Account - Order Details" area at 12 midnight. I also rec'd a confirmation e-mail. Let's hope it happens.

This AM I rec'd a "backordered" e-mail, which I fully expected since the status of the games I ordered showed backordered on the site as I ordered them. One of the six will ship in 5-7 days, the other five games will ship middle of January (1/12 or thereabouts). I can't believe this thing will actually go thru. I guess I'll believe it when they show up on my doorstep. So far, so good.

just got that email for the 6 or so I ordered (1/12 ship date). I haven't gotten in on a great deal in a while, so here's to hoping...:beer:

I ordered 8 games for in-store pickup yesterday and this morning I got an e-mail saying that 4 of the games were available for in-store pickup at my local best buy. I went to the store and after about 10 minutes of technical difficulties, I was the owner of 80 bucks worth of software for 20 bucks. I?d still like to get the other 4 games but I have no idea if I?ll get a second confirmation e-mail for those 4 when they get re-stocked. The ironic thing is that splinter cell wasn?t in stock...
