I think we need to split this forum up. I think this forum should have one category just for prebuilt notebook/laptop/palm/etc computers and another forum just for SFF computers. I think these are 2 entirely different subjects that need to be split up.
I think possible SFF builders or enthusiasts do not like to weed through all of the Notebook questions like what is the most powerful Notebook computer? What is the cheapest laptop Computer, etc. In fact maybe someone can write a LAPTOP/NOTEBOOK FAQ just for those 2 questions. An article on where to find inexpensive laptop computers might make a nice read for a lot of people. Other topics might be comparison of Battery life VS superior performance.
I think this forum is great in many ways because this category separates the gaming computer questions from the protable computer questions. However, SFF computers are often both portable and small. The HTPC questions are also a whole nother topic worthy of their own FAQ.

Splitting the SFF, NOTEBOOKS, PRE-BUILT/BAREBONES PCS forum could be a good idea. We need Anand's input to add forums. I sent him a link to this thread for his input.
