I would say it is not a good idea to insult someone's child or spouse. SandEagle was clearly trolling... I've been back on AT for all of 5 minutes and it is obvious he is one of the biggest trolls here.
You and the fans need to learn the difference between expressing a problem with what a person said, and over the top behavior.
To put it another way:

Sometimes - not quite saying it's you - some parents seem to use kids as human shields to justify their own bad behavior.

hey it could come anytime. mine said the same thing and i got the product yesterday.
I think they were losing enough on it, or else not making enough.
- First they started offering a $1 MP3 download if you opted to use their Super Saver shipping instead of the 2-day Prime shipping. That was the first sign that I saw that they didn't like doing the 2-day thing.
- Then they did all those "add-on" items. I guess too many people were buying $5 of stuff with their Prime shipping.
Interestingly enough, they even have full-size refrigerators that are marked as Prime eligible. Though it looks like they're cheating a little bit: They all specify "Usually ships in 5 to 7 days." So it probably takes a hop on a freight carrier until it gets to a local distribution center. Then UPS shows up and stuffs it into your parcel box, and you go post on ATOT to ask why the tracking# says it's delivered.
Got me curious, so I just put a full size refrigerator in my cart. It has only one shipping option, free prime where delivery is scheduled in 3-5 days. So ya, they break 2 days.

My orders on Amazon take anywhere from 3 to 4 weeks.
I have to ship to an office in Florida where I have a box. I have to get it there by Tuesday to catch a plane to Belize. If I miss the deadline, then I have to wait another week.
Once package arrives in Belize it takes another week or so to clear from customs and payment of duties.
In a nutshell, packages from Amazon takes me no less than 3 weeks to arrive and cost me about 3 times the original price after shipping, handling, customs and duties
