Spotify Radio sucks

I've downvoted 6-7 Skrillex songs in the last hour or so but they keep on giving me Skrillex songs. So tired of hearing "WHOMP WHOMP WHOMP"

That's the only reason I don't use Spotify. All my friends love it but I'm more interested in a radio type experience and they are into building playlists.

Slacker Radio works best for me currently, though their licensing kinda sucks between different devices. Some songs I can listen to on my phone, but not Roku. Some songs I can play a station based off of, but can't directly play that song.

yah, i love that i can basically play any song i want on demand, but the radio features of spotify are awful. I basically get repeats of the same few songs over and over again, and the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons seem to only be there for placebo affect since i have never noticed them actually making a difference in the music played.

Spotify and pandora are blocked at work dunno what else to use Grooveshark is my go to if I need to play stuff on demand.

You can try Xbox Radio, it's free for your desktop or laptop and has some pretty good variations.

Interesting. I have zero playlists. Yet Radio works great on spotify.

same, loving slacker radio so far.... when I ask skrillex to go away, it never comes back!
