I received a past due notice for a line that I've only had for 3 weeks, so I called to figure out what was going on. I explained that my phone was inoperable for 2 of those weeks (the pre was out of stock so it took forever to get a replacement), and was just annoyed that I got a scary past due notice. I didn't want a credit, I just wanted to clarify why I was red-flagged after such a short amount of time.
After clarifying (bills are for future months, not past) they gave me a $40 credit that I didn't even ask for.
The rep was understanding, clarified the issue I had, and even gave me something I didn't ask for.
Woaw, is this different than AT&T!
