Sprint MOGUL PPC 6800

Would you buy a Sprint MOGUL PPC 6800 that is a refurb. around $250.00?

I dont know much about the person (company) selling it but he stated it is a refurb.

Yes or No?

For an extra $300 you can get one that's brand new.

For $250... if it has a warranty on it, sure. Also note that some cell phone companies offer insurance on phones. I got a used 6800 from eBay and when I signed on to Sprint they offered to give me full accidental insurance on my phone for $7 a month, despite the fact that it was used and bought on eBay.

$250 is what I paid after $50 mail-in rebate & new every 2 discount ($399-$100) on Verizon. Sounds pricey for a refurb.
