just call customer service *2 from your phone. when the B*tch called clare asks you what you want just say cancel servcice. This gets you to the retention department. good luck though on getting anything thier getting alot harder to get with the rebate deals thier offering at the spinrt store and radioshack for exsisting customers.

Tell Claire to stick it where the sun don't shine. Sprint PCS retention dept. suck. Depending on the reason, they will try to SUCKER you in for another year of commitment by giving you a little bit of credit on your account. DO FALL FOR IT, otherwise they will hassle you when you want to really cancel, like pay them back for all the credits they had given you.

Usually the guys are more willing to give you a deal than b*tches, most of the time they will just say "you wanna cancel? ok!".. so if it's a woman, hang up, and call again for a male operator.

go with verizon. better programs, better network, starting to get the cool phones and most importantly untouchable service! after four years of sprint i cant believe i didnt switch sooner

Nah, wait until November when the FCC-mandated number portability kicks in. You can
expect all of the cellular companies to be jumping through hoops for customer retention.

interestingly enough, they CALLED ME the other day....

Ive been off contract for over a year now and up till now they never offered me any hot deal or new phone or whatever (I still have one of them startac's ... remember mission impossible?)

So anyway, they like we noticed you have been off contract for a long time now, and we wanted to share a special offer with you b/c you been so loyal .. blah blah blah


I think sprint is panicing because of the portability law that goes into effect in about 30 days ... if you are out of contract or soon out of contract, just wait until mid november, they will lick your nuts if thats what it's gonna take to keep you from switching to verizon...
