The EcoPod 2008 Prius Option 4 package.

My new toy '98 4X4 Off Road Package 116K mi.

We're trying to sell our Trailblazer now that we picked up the EcoPod. (My wife hates it when I call it that)

Now for the question. Let me start by saying that I'm an idiot. I never thought that when I went out-of-state to buy a new car that that state might require 2 license plates so now I'm stuck with two holes in the front bumper of the 2008 Prius made by #12 screws. Can a body shop fill those holes in with some sort of flexible filler and repaint?

Yeah, I saw those. I wonder what the cost of charging at home would be? That electricity isn't free.

Get the Epoxy bumper repair kit by dynatron #660. It hardens in 5 minutes and is sandable in 15.
I actually used it to mold my dashboard to hold a double din unit in my Mazda6.

According to that website, you can get 30 miles on a charge costing $1. With gas going for $3.25 and effective range of 45 miles for a gallon it would be significantly cheaper to power it on electricity only. $.03/mi. vs $.07/mi.

Nothing on there about initial costs though. I wonder how long before the break even point will be.

Good, I'll probably find a smaller Bump shop with a good reputation to get the paint to blend in though. Thanks.

Yep If you have access to a place that you can charge your car that won't charge you for the electricity, then you're made in the shade

Maybe when my ship comes in. Right now I'm happy with my Z28.

Where'd you get the Prius?

I left my plate mount on. I was too cheap to pay a body shop to fix the holes. . I probably could have done it myself, but the mount hid everything.

EDIT: BTW, you should look on Priuschat.com for the steps to disable the annoying reverse beeping.

Also, I found that the Prius looked a little better when the trim rings on the wheels were pulled off. They come off with a tug, and as a bonus, you can sell them for a good amount on Ebay.

A place in Rockville, MD. They gave me a little deal on it.

I don't know about disabling the reverse beep. The wife needs to warn people she's coming. (btw - it came with a reverse camera).

Well only your wife would hear it, it's inside the cabin only.

I forget how strikingly ugly is a prius.

I like white trucks but your ford is not very safe.

What is so "unsafe" about it, seems like a sturdy truck to me..
