I thought I would come to the forums to get some advice since I am not 100% sure of my ideas for watercooling my SR-2 (x5650s @ 4GHz). I am currently using Megahalems until I get my custom copper water blocks (Danger Den bottoms with custom tops).

I have a CaseLabs TH10 that is able to hold up to 4 120.4 radiators and as much other parts as I can stuff into it. Basically want to make sure that I have the best cooling available for the SR-2 or whenever I upgrade to the newest folding beast (skipping Quad G34 right now).

Here is the list I have of remaining parts I need or have:
Have:
2x Custom Copper CPU blocks
Custom Copper SR-2 block
Need:
?x Fans (not sure right now, but have had Yate Loons and Scythe GTs and if there is something better I will used them)
2x XSPC RX480 Radiators
2x Swiftech MCP655 Speed Control Water Pumps
2x EK-Multioption Reservior x2-400 Advanced
1x EK-D5 Dual Top 2-loop (Black Acetal)
2x Pair of Koolance QDC Compression Fittings (1/2" ID, 3/4" OD)
?x Bitspower Black Matte Finish Compression Fittings (1/2" ID, 3/4" OD)
?x Bitspower Black Matte Finish 45 Degree Compression Fittings (1/2" ID, 3/4" OD)
?x Bitspower Black Matte Finish Stop Fittings
Tygon Tubing (1/2" ID, 3/4" OD) - Not sure whether to go with clear or black tubing
If clear tubing, I will be using Mayhem Red Dye.
Red O-rings with fittings as well.

Planned Loops:
CPU0: Reservoir -> Pump -> CPU -> Mobo -> Reservoir
CPU1: Reservoir -> Pump -> CPU -> Reservior

Does anyone see anything that I should change? I have the idea that this is fine, but maybe someone can talk me into a better idea on how to cool the CPUs or better hardware. I do not plan to add any GPUs outside of the 260 that is sitting in it right now either as it is not worth the CPU cycles currently.

I guess my main thing is making sure there is nothing sticking out like a sore thumb. I am hoping to keep it all copper if possible.

no full board block for the SR-2?

EDIT: i see your getting one customed... umm... can u run the design by me, because theres one area they need to get or it will effect your overclocking.

Yeah I am having them made by Nateman @ EVGA. He is also making the custom tops for the DD CPU blocks. They are being sent out to me either this week or next week.

Right now I have a built in space heater in the form of an aircooled SR-2. Does not help that it is around 100F every day and I am running a fan straight into the fan intakes.

ok FAQ i see nate did the exact same thing koolance did.

This is WRONG.. there is 2 more caps which need to be covered like the EK version, that helps stability and overclocking on the SR-2 board.

This is Nates:

This was koolances:

I was told by quite a bit of people that they needed to do what EK did.

And have that extension going over over those last 2 mosfets for the best performance on the block.

EK did it correct this time, more so then the other vendors...

Ask Nate if he can add a little bit off the edge like that, so you can get some form of passive cooling on it.

Without a fan which it would normally have, and a block not blowing air over it... i have heard a lot of complaints from people when it comes to overclocking these guys.
