Hmm, back when I had sammy units, I had the worst time with trying to do RMAs with them, everything from the web site saying that it was a invalid serial #, to calling them up, and then being told I need to e-mail a 3rd party that handles their RMAs, and then what I got back was a refurbed unit, and it took 2 weeks, and unless they changed things around since that time, they were pretty much at the bottom in terms of RMA support.

I say Intel & Crucial are the leaders so far.
(OCZ was up there as well, but they changed their warranty service, so, they got knocked off).

I had my worst ssd rma experience with my Samsung 840pro but once it got going they did next day air the replacement to me. I'd be willing to say that corsair probably has the best rma experience. Intel forces you through an offshore center to get an rma these days making it more difficult than it needs to be.

I just did an RMA with PNY and it was painless. I called, said it was not working correct. (Write speed was VERY slow...<20MB/s). They said yeah, send it back with proof of purchase. They sent me an RMA# and instructions by email. I sent it in. A week later I had a brand new replacement (upgrade actually since it was their latest model)

Don't know that you're going to find a company that is stellar at RMAs, you'll get good and bad depending on the situation. I do hear terrible stories about Samsung's RMA process but that can be said about most companies (ASUS for example comes up a lot).
