SSD Corsair XT 480gb -Random Write QD=32 Performance

I was reading some SSDs reviews from anadtech but I am seeing a huge difference in two tests and I dont know what to believe.

Those 2 links show different values for
SSD Corsair XT 480gb -Random Write QD=32 Performance

The first one show some high values for IOPS and low consistency,
while the second one show IOPS = 1k and it doesnt change much.

If you check Sandisk Extreme Pro 480gb in those 2 links, the values are almost the same.

Any thoughts?

The first link uses a linear scale, whereas the latter is logarithmic. This presents some differences to the way the graphs look, but if you look at the graphs at the bottom of both links the drives are about the same. There was a switch in testing application, hence the graphs aren't identical.

There are linear and algorithms scale in both links.

In the second link the value of IOPS varies in the begining but then sticks to 1k.

In the first link it reaches 10k. There is a lot of difference.

As the testing applications are differents, How do I interpret those 2 different tests?

Is it the first one for servers and the second one for desktop usage?
