It sure isn't and this is one of many reasons why ACA has been a failure. It's not affordable.

You mean it doesn't let you live in quite the style to which you've become accustomed, obviously. I'm sure there are lots of people who'd gladly trade places with you. It's also true that the % fades as income increases. You'd pay 9% at $200K.
It's an easy thing to fix. Subsidize all exchange plans so that the cost never exceeds 10% of income. Beat the cash out of the financial elite to do it. It won't change their lifestyles in the slightest.
