Does it take a genius to know you've got to speak to the people, on their own level?
That's just a happy coincidence.Does it take a genius to know you've got to speak to the people, on their own level?
He wants praise and you are the one giving him that.Trump has you guys wrapped around his finger. You're giving him exactly what he wants.

That's why he's so pissed off about the book?He likes attention, and you cannot stop talking about him. I think he is an "any publicity is good publicity" type, and he's getting a lot of it. People cannot stop talking about him, those that like and appreciate him as well as those that are against him.
No he doesn't like negative attention. He flies into a rage whenever he is attacked. The problem is that it doesn't affect his supporters. They are immune to attacks on him because they are incapable of distinguishing reality from fiction, so all he has to do is say the attackers are lying and his supporters just nod and accept it, and then attack the attackers. It's just reflexive at this point. He likes attention, and you cannot stop talking about him. I think he is an "any publicity is good publicity" type, and he's getting a lot of it. Are you saying that Trump recognizes how stupid and uneducated many Americans are and so came up with a plan to speak to them like morons? It's a fair assessment although any planning was from Kushner and the sons, not Trump.
Meh, dunno what to make of that. I consider Truman to be a solid president and his number was very low as well. In addition FDR and W have the same score and they are at opposite ends of spectrum for performance.
Verbal articulation doesn't perfectly correlate with intelligence, but in Trump's case, I think it does. Combine his speech patterns with his general ignorance of a wide range of issues, his miniscule attention span and distaste for reading, and the conclusion is inescapable.
I think he is dumber than he was 30 years ago. I have watched old segments of him speaking and he didn't appear nearly as retarded as he does now.
And the left still can't understand him.http://www.newsweek.com/trump-fire-and-fury-smart-genius-obama-774169

I think the analysis looked at unscripted words. With routine speech off the cuff to anyone he is 4th grade. What's particularly damning to me is how much he repeats during the same chat..it's like he can't come up with new words and sentences just like a child. I know a 4 year old who does just that. When you ask her for clarification she just says the same thing again just louder. This was discussed during the election. Not new news. Trump speaks at a 4th grade level so that a greater audience "understands" him. There is a very strong correlation between grade speaking level and votes. The higher the grade level one speaks, the fewer votes they get.
What does that say about us?
