I got the DVD-R KHypermedia's awhile back from officemax...they were some pretty good quality TTG01's, but YMMV...

STAPLES can kiss my crack!

After the BF fisasco and the BS they have pulled on myself and thousands of others regarding their BF items and their worthless rebate sysystem, and their inventory shell games, and lying/confused CSR's.....

I "REFUSE" to ever spend another penny of my hard-earned cash in their worthless BM/online stores. Establishments such as this that conduct business in this manner, should NOT receive our business. They should be allowed to watch their customer base quickly trickle away, while they wither on the vine, dying a well-deserved death.

When STAPLES eventually declares bankruptcy and closes it's doors, I will be the first to show up at MY local BM store and conduct a large "Happy Dance" in front of their doors.

Good Riddance I will say....

if this is the same chair I got a year or so ago for $29, it looks great but it turns out the seat is a little short. I always felt I was going to fall off the front of it, took a long time to get used to it. But I'm bigger than average at 6', 200lbs. YMMV, as always.

Wow, that's how i feel about BB, but i don't think i'll live to see the day BB closes it's doors. I am aggravated by staples due to the BF "easy" rebates. PITA rebates is more like it.

Um, I must be the only one who really hasn't had a problem with them. I got what I wanted online on BF, submitted all my rebates the next week, and got my stuff in about 3 days. Just waiting for them to be approved and a check mailed.

I'll probably get that 250GB HDD.

One of the happiest days in my life was when Lechmeres (NE electronics chain, specialized in bait and switch, or more correctly switching lesser products for the advertised ones without telling you) went belly up.

I missed BF-I always do, on purpose. But Staples has always been good to me.

AFAIK, the only way is to take them home, and check the media codes. besides, for me, KHypermedia totally packaged all the way around the package, sides+top+bottom, so, there was no way to even get a look at the discs till I removed the shrinkwrap...

Thanks for the ads. I did my Staples bf shopping online, got what I wanted did the easy rebates thing and they are "processing" now. Not sure how well the new system will work but in the past no one has been better with rebates than Staples for me. Some of them have arrived before my cc statement! I did get a rejection on the NSW upgrade rebate, claiming I didn't provide the PoP from box flap. An e-mail to them requesting if they recheck my submission they would find it taped to the form cleared up that problem though.
