I'm liking the specs for that Compaq F572US notebook. Comes with 1GB/80GB, GeForceGo 6150 graphics, and at $479AR, much less than a comparable dual-core nb (unless someone has a link to a better deal).

I've been using a Compaq Sempron nb for over a year, and I've been quite happy with it. I think my niece will get the old one and I'll upgrade to this one.

^ Don't know why it doesn't show up when you type in the SKU in the search, but if you browse through the circular, find the item, and then click on the link that says "Buy Online" it will take you to the product.

What you do is hit the Order by Item Number selection ... then enter the SKU 703963 ... hit add to cart .. next page asks where it will be delivered
It will then show up fine.

I just picked up one of the notebooks a little while ago. It's a bit wider than my older Presario V2000 model. It's too tight in my Targus bag, so you might have to get a new bag for it. The screen runs at 1280x800 and looks great. The brightness reverts to dim when it reboots -- have to find a fix for that.

I need to get Server 2003 running on it. It uses a NForce IGP chipset and Broadcom wifi, so the drivers should be readily available.
